Return Policy

We understand sometimes things don't work out the way we had hoped. We will accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with all original tags or labels. However, we do not accept exchanges at this time.

REFUNDS: Refunds will be given once the return has processed.

1.) Order number  2.) Your name and contact information  3.) Date you received your order  4.) Why you are requesting a return  

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receipt of your order and shipped back to us within the 7 days to qualify for a full refund. 

If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.

PLEASE NOTE: All swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry, or beauty, or body care products are final sale and non-refundable.

• Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item. 
• Please allow 5 - 7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process.
• You will receive an email after return has been processed to confirm your return and potential refund.
